AutoQuant is an automated data collection and analysis program that uses an advanced multivariate algorithm. Quantitative results, concentration vs. time plots, and spectra are displayed and updated in real-time. Spectra and quantitative results may be archived and exported to any spreadsheet program. Spectral files collected in AutoQuant are compatible with Galactic's Grams/32 and may also be converted to Galatic's LabCalc or SpectraCalc format.
Additional features include full automatic control for long term continuous data acquistion. AutoQuant can control valving to automatically collect background gas, calibration gases, and multiple sample lines. Data is organized automatically with real-time output. AutoQuant also has dynamic data exchange (DDE) capabilities to allow interfacing with other software packages or custom programs.
The AutoQuant software package is based on a Visual Basic platform which incorporates C++ Dynamic Link Libraries for high speed execution of most arithmetic and collect functions. This approach gives MIDAC customers a great deal of flexibility in the development of custom features and routines for process, environmental, or QA/QC type applications. The AutoQuant algorithm was developed in joint cooperation with scientists at NASA Kennedy Space Center.
