AOMix (the previous name - MOMix) is a program for the molecular orbital analysis. It calculates the percentages of the contributions of different subunits (atoms, ligands, groups of atomic orbitals, etc.) to molecular orbitals and overlap populations from output files generated by HyperChem 4.x and 5.x, ZINDO, CNDO/INDO, and Gaussian 98 programs.
