POLYMAT - Materials Data for Plastics
The database contains:
- property values, e.g. mechanical, thermal, electrical, optical,
rheological properties
- text fields, e.g. special characteristics, preferred applications,
preferred processing techniques, additives.
In all, 50 numeric and 15 text fields are available. The properties are
retrieved in tabular form, some may also be represented graphically, e.g.
the temperature or pressure-dependence of a particular property, or the change
or a particular property with plastic composition.
Reference terms: plastics processing data, rheological data, curable
plastics, thermoplastics, customised database.
Content: approx. 12,000 materials from 140 manufacturers.
