HIV Protease Database
http://www-fbsc.ncifcrf.gov:80/HIVdb/
The HIV Protease Database is an archive of experimentally determined
three-dimensional structures of Human Immunodeficiency Virus 1 (HIV-1),
Human Immunodeficiency Virus 2 (HIV-2), Simian
Immunodeficiency Virus (SIV) Proteases and their complexes, serving a
global community of researches, educators, and students. There are
two main parts of the database:
- Informative Part
This section contains information about the structures of complexes,
inhibitors, enzymes, unique names of the compounds, references and
some images.
- Analytical Part
This section contains some results of various analyses and tools
customized for user purposes (fitting structures, converting
structure files, measuring, etc).
